Clean rooms, spacious and modern bathrooms, appealing location for business travelers
The hotel's confusing meal bookings left me frustrated!!! The unnecessary clutter in stairwells definitely detracted from the overall aesthetic!!! Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent on certain floors, which could be improved for better guest experience!!!

The Deluxe Suite featured a spacious layout, high ceilings, and modern touches that offered a somewhat upscale feel. I appreciated the overhead rain shower, which, while nice, was a bit tricky to navigate without getting my hair wet.
The bed felt overly firm, and the pillows seemed to deflate to nothingness, making sleep a bit uncomfortable. Stains on some decorative pillows were off-putting, adding to an unwelcome feeling of neglect. The absence of shower caps was a real setback, and swapping in a smaller, adjustable shower head could enhance usability for those wanting to wash without a full drenching. With no lounge or bar area, mingling with fellow guests at events was limited. it felt more like a transit hub than a cozy retreat.

We had an awesome time staying in a Deluxe Suite! The hotel had a great restaurant and a cozy lounge area for relaxation. The only hiccup was some quirky electrical outlets that could be a bit frustrating, but it didn't ruin our stay at all. 😊

I had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights in a Comfort King Room. The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing us with extra pillows and ensuring we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the comfort of the bed was just what I needed for a restful night. during my stay, I noticed the noise from the restaurant above could be disruptive at times.

The staff were amazing, especially the housekeeping team who catered to our elderly parents' needs. Our room was clean and the large walk-in shower was ideal for them. Plus, breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great way to start our busy days.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise levels from other rooms could be improved.

Great value for a cozy stay
Just spent 2 nights here, and honestly, it was a nice surprise! The room was pretty comfy and had all I needed. WiFi worked well, and the shower was refreshing. The restaurant was surprisingly pleasant, but the breakfast options were kinda lacking, no haggis or anything! The area looked a bit rough, but I felt safe walking to nearby shops.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth it for the comfort and service I received.

Just a top selection for a weekend outing in Coatbridge with good value. The staff quickly resolved a noisy neighbor issue, which was great. If you're arriving late, check dining options nearby first.
